چکیده
Rhizophora mucronata merupakan tumbuhan mangrove yang banyak tersebar dipinggir pantai. R. memiliki metabolit sekunder dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pestisida alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fraksi dari daun bersifat larvasida terhadap larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti, LC50 aktif mucronata, perbandingan aktivitas dengan abate, dan senyawa diamati secara kualitatif terdapat pada aktif. Metode ekstraksi metode maserasi fraksinasi cair-cair, uji eksperimental laboratorium, penentuan golongan kromatografi lapis tipis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh, diketahui bahwa metanol air lebih tinggi daripada n-heksan etil asetat. mampu membunuh 50% total yaitu 1621,297 ppm. Fraksi membutuhkan konsentrasi dibandingkan bubuk abate. mengandung tanin fenol. Kesimpulannya asetat, ppm, pengaruh kecil kematian A. aegypti karena 3000 ppm 21 sedangkan abate besar 1000 30 uji,
